Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A. It takes 3-5 business for your order to be processed and 3-7 business days for shipping. It can be sooner at times.

Q. May I return items or request a refund?

A. Yes we offer returns for any reason you are not satisfied with your order. Please email us and let us know the issue. Q. My order never arrived.

A. Kindly check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, please send us an email, tell us what you ordered, your order number and we will help you out as quickly as possible!

Q. If I order more than one item, will they arrive in multiple deliveries?

A. Most of the items ship in one package, but occasionally some may be shipped separately. We will always work to get you all of your items in a timely manner.
